Scenera is a UK based clothing store. We sell our own clothes and are on a mission to make brands exclusive to Japan available in the UK. We are determined to manufacture as few products in China as possible, all of our garments are produced in Turkey & Bangladesh, only our headwear is currently manufactured in China, this we are looking to deviate from in the near future. All print and promotional items are manufactured within the UK. Ultimately we look to produce all of our products under one roof within the EU.

All Scenera products are brand new, some of the other brands we sell may be pre-owned - this will be stated in the listing.

SHIPPING

Our shipping cost is a flat rate of £2.99 within the uk. Orders above £50 will incur free shipping. We use Evri's tracked service for UK deliveries. We dispatch products within two working days of purchase. You will recieve a confirmation email once your products have been dispatched.

For international shipping we charge a flat rate of £13.50 using Royal Mails Inernational Tracked service, regardless of quantity of items or country. Please be aware of customs charges & taxes which may be incurred in the country you are based in.

Every order will come with free stickers.

RETURNS

We do not currently accept returns unless there has been an order error or the product has been somehow damaged in transit. If this applies to you please contact us at info@scenera.co.uk and we will be in touch as soon as possible.
